Villa Sayang d’amour takes weddings and events for up to 100 guests standing or 50 seated, across the 17m-long pool, the lawns and the rooftop garden.

M I N I M U M N I G H T S
Event fees of USD 1,000 ++, security deposit of USD1,000
subject to 15.5% tax and service charge.
Banjar Fees of IDR 3,500,000
An event fee of USD$1,000 will apply, in addition to the USD$1,000 security deposit and the applicable banjar fee. The local community banjar fee for Pre-/Post-Events is IDR 3,500,000 at Villa Sayang d’amour.

The Fine Print for Events
Requirements
More than 20 people are attending the event, or when any other third-party event vendors are involved in the event management.
Requirement for all events with The Luxe Nomad
An approved event organiser must be appointed. The event organiser is required to submit all necessary documents and details at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Small Events Policy
For small events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 20 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee.
Music and Event Curfew
Until 11:00 PM only.
Security Deposit
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
Fireworks
Fireworks are not permitted.
Sky Lanterns
Paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
